Why Choose Italian Padel

Before comparing prices, compare how the course is laid out.

Two fields may look identical: same glass, same grass, same lighting. The real difference lies in what you can’t see: structural engineering, material quality, certified safety, and durability.

Why Choose Italian Padel

But are you really buying the same lot?

When comparing two offers, the first question that often comes to mind is, "How much does it cost?" But the key question for protecting your investment must be, "What am I actually buying?"

At first glance, the structures may appear similar. However, quality lies in the construction details: the thickness of the steel profiles, the type of galvanization, the quality of the fasteners, the glass performance class, and certified seismic and wind resistance calculations.

Italian Padel designs each facility using engineering standards derived from heavy industrial structural steelwork to ensure that your court retains its value, stability, and safety even after many years of intensive play.

Not just a generic ranking of brands, but a guide to help you analyze any quote by asking the right questions before signing.

Quality isn't born on the field. It begins long before that.

Italian Padel was founded on the industrial strength of Forgiafer S.r.l., an Italian company that has been designing, manufacturing, and installing metal fabrications and complex structures since 1992.

Our manufacturing facility in Calvisano (Brescia) covers 26,000 square meters (of which 14,500 m² are dedicated exclusively to padel). We handle every stage of the manufacturing process in-house: from ultra-high-precision laser cutting to certified robotic welding, all the way through to painting and final testing.

We are not mere assemblers or commercial intermediaries: we are the direct manufacturers. This ensures consistent quality standards, rigorous control over the supply chain, and maximum reliability over time.

Glass Safety: Laminated vs. Tempered

In padel, the glass walls are subjected to constant impacts from balls bouncing off them and from players accidentally colliding with them while running. Choosing the right type of glass is essential both for safety and for the operator’s liability.

Why Choose Laminated Safety Glass?

Unlike standard monolithic tempered glass (which, if broken, shatters instantly and falls to the ground in thousands of fragments), laminated tempered glass consists of panes bonded together by a highly resistant elastic film.

In the event of accidental breakage due to impact, the fragments remain adhered to the protective film without detaching or falling onto the players, preventing injuries and serious cuts and eliminating risks to personal safety.

Italian Padel offers Class 1B1 laminated glass that complies with the UNI 7697:2021 standard and is TÜV SÜD-certified.
