Italian Padel is a company specializing in the construction of high-quality padel courts made in Italy, combining innovation, Italian design, and excellent materials to offer a superior and lasting playing experience.
The brand was created under the wing of Forgiafer Srl, a company that has been a leader in the design, production, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures since 1992.
Our factory is located near Lake Garda, in Lombardy, the productive and creative heart of Northern Italy. Covering an area of 26,000 square meters, it allows us to manage the entire production cycle of our metal structures internally and with extreme flexibility, ensuring efficiency and quality control at every stage.

How we build our padel courts
Our goal is to guarantee the highest levels of game quality, longevity, and safety of the fields, reducing maintenance costs and ensuring a strong aesthetic impact.
01. Structural Engineering
Seismic design and customized wind load calculations in accordance with NTC 2018 and Eurocodes for any climate zone.
02. Laser Cutting & Welding
S235 and S275 certified structural steels processed using ultra-high-precision laser cutting centers and continuous robotic welding lines.
03. Anti-Corrosion Treatment
Hot-dip or cold-dip galvanizing and thermosetting powder coating with salt spray resistance testing exceeding 1,500 hours; salt-resistant.
04. CE Marking & Quality
100% quality control prior to shipment, mandatory CE marking in accordance with UNI EN 1090-1, and full traceability of every metal component.

UNI 7697-Certified Glass Walls
Laminated safety glass up to 8+8 mm, Class 1B1, with TÜV SÜD product certification and a coplanar wire mesh with no protrusions for perfect rebounds.
Stainless Steel Fasteners & Marine Finishes
Concealed stainless steel fasteners with impact-resistant polymer nut covers. Absolute corrosion resistance and active protection against injury.
