Italian Padel is a company specializing in the construction of high-quality padel courts made in Italy, combining innovation, Italian design, and excellent materials to offer a superior and lasting playing experience.

The brand was created under the wing of Forgiafer Srl, a company that has been a leader in the design, production, assembly, and maintenance of metal structures since 1992.

Our factory is located near Lake Garda, in Lombardy, the productive and creative heart of Northern Italy. Covering an area of 26,000 square meters, it allows us to manage the entire production cycle of our metal structures internally and with extreme flexibility, ensuring efficiency and quality control at every stage.

Our production capacity allows us to build up to 180 padel courts per month. Thanks to our large warehouses, we are able to store both raw materials and finished products, ensuring that we can meet your needs even during periods of high market demand.

Our commitment to quality is proven by the UNI EN 1090 (execution of steel and aluminum structures) and UNI EN ISO 3834 (quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials) certifications, which allow us to affix the CE marking on our products, thus ensuring compliance with European regulations and declared performance.

The Italian Padel brand was created in 2016 by Claudio Galuppini, founder and CEO of Forgiafer and passionate padel player. Since then, we have produced over 3,000 padel courts installed in more than 28 countries.

Understanding our customers' needs is essential for us. We offer a wide range of models, and each padel court can be customized to meet specific usage requirements, while retaining the same aesthetic signature. It is precisely the unique design of our products that allows anyone familiar with the game to immediately recognize an Italian Padel court.

All metal components of our courts are powder coated for maximum protection against abrasion and corrosion. For outdoor padel courts, we perform cold or hot galvanizing treatments, depending on environmental conditions, to ensure additional protection against corrosion.

We use stainless steel bolts with plastic nut covers to prevent injury. For each model intended for outdoor installation, we offer different versions with varying levels of wind resistance, allowing you to choose the solution that best suits your local climate and exposure requirements.

The glass walls of our fields can be made with 12 mm monolithic tempered safety glass in performance class 1C2, compliant with EN 12600, or with 6 + 6 mm, 8 + 6 mm, and 8 + 8 mm in performance class 1B1, which meet both sports regulations and the requirements of UNI 7697:2021 and the requirements necessary to obtain the TÜV SÜD Product Certification Mark.
