The KASKO PADEL policy provides reimbursement, net of any deductibles, for expenses incurred for the following events:

• repair of damage caused by exceptional weather events, such as wind, hail, snow, lightning, and other weather events excluded from the catastrophic events policy (mandatory from March 31, 2025, pursuant to Budget Law 2024 No. 213/2023 for all companies registered in the Register of Companies pursuant to Article 2188 of the Civil Code: covers assets recorded in the company's balance sheet for any reason against damage caused by earthquakes, floods, landslides, inundations, and overflowing rivers);
• repair of damage caused by vehicle impact, fire, electrical phenomena, explosion, bursting, malicious acts, and more;
• the replacement of glass panes damaged for any reason.

Essentially, the KASKO PADEL policy covers most damage that a padel court may suffer, not due to design or manufacturing defects (already covered by the manufacturer's warranty) and not caused by earthquakes, floods, landslides, inundations, and overflowing (already covered by the catastrophic events policy).

In the event of damage covered by the KASKO PADEL policy, you can carry out repairs immediately, minimizing court downtime: KASKO PADEL insurance coverage will reimburse you for any documented expenses incurred.

KASKO PADEL insurance coverage can be extended to pressurized balls, tensile structures, or sheds that house padel courts.
