RAW MATERIAL
Square, tubular and flat iron pieces regularly supplied by Italian steelworks with the aim of guaranteeing maximum quality and durability of the finished products over time. A well-stocked warehouse is the point of departure for guaranteeing quality and delivery within the agreed times.
CUTTING
Dedicated department with specific machinery with the aim of optimising rejects and thus improving the prices.
ASSEMBLY
Entirely carried out in-house by specialised operators. Welding is guaranteed and carried out by robotised islands with the aim of obtaining the best result.
TECHNICAL DEPARTMENT
Professionals dedicated to designing and providing technical support are at your disposal to provide details on the products and the development of diagrams with particular configurations.
GALVANISING
Process required to preserve the technical-structural features of the Padel courts against aggressive agents.
COATING
Process for coating galvanised metal surfaces, carried out using an automated powder coating plant, with furnace firing at 240°C.
WAREHOUSE
3,000 sqm dedicated to storing products, in constant rotation.
TRANSPORTATION
Forgiafer crane-equipped means are organised delivering padel courts across Italy, islands included.
